The LH Town Center is ahead of schedule so far! I have attended a couple Prescott Developer meetings. The architecture and plans look like they fit the personality and needs of LH.

The corner of Skillman and Church Road including the "A" frame church and the offices on the south side of the church was owned by Prescott.  At this time, it looks to be bought by an "Assisted Living" developer.  There are also other areas, corners, intersections and apartments being targeted by larger developers in LH. There are many diverse demographical needs in LH from empty nester's wanting to stay in LH to younger families moving into the LH area. There are an abundant amount of people who are also fixing up, remodeling and updating the homes they live in. Some streets you drive down are like a war zone with all of the construction trucks. LH just seems to be an area that people are discovering, but also a place that people want to stay. Most all do to its location, RISD and small town family community feel.
